Audio- Aathmapuja Upanishad

Aathmapuja Upanishad is one of the smallest Upanishads of Atharvaveda which signifies the inner worship of aathma (soul), without any external austerities. It’s quintessential for sadhaks on the path with its beautiful composition on real grounding techniques of Sadhana like posture, purity of mind, awareness, silence, etc. Nityananda Dhyana Mandir presents you with the audio recording of Aathma Puja Upanishad in the voice of Swamy Vijayanand, let us grasp the essence of it and imbibe it in Sadhana.
